What a great place!
5 of 5

We had a great time in this lovely condo. The property manager was terrific, and the information left for us by the condo owner was very helpful. Stepping onto the balcony each morning to see and hear the birds and the gulf was awesome. The condo had everything we needed and was in a very good location...a quiet, peaceful residential area but still close to everything we needed or wanted to do. We definitely hope to return! Thank you very much!

We recommend this condo to anyone wanting to stay on Pensacola Beach. One of the few gulf front condos in the area. Great views of the gulf from living room and master bedroom. Clean and well stocked. Owner was responsive and helpful.

The property was great. The view and location is perfect. The only thing I recommend is newer towels and wash clothes. The kitchen had everything a family needs and the beds were very comfortable.

This was a beautiful home! Perfect location, facing the gulf with unobstructed views.

1054 Fort Pickens Rd, Pensacola Beach, FL, 32561, United States

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. Lovely and spacious with such great extras, bicycles, fishing gear, beach umbrellas, chairs, floats available for guests to use. The kitchen was spacious and beautiful, appliances in perfect operational order including cooking and dining accessories. Gas grill to enjoy a cookout with the comfort of dining inside or outside with spectacular views of the gulf or bay. This home and our stay were perfect! It is a rare thing to say that this rental experience was better than we expected. Hope to return soon and we would absolutely stay here without a doubt if available. Many thanks to the Colliers and Mr. Kirby.

Family vacation

Loved the condo! It's a lot bigger and nicer than the pictures. We had plenty of room. Fully stocked kitchen and I loved having a washer and dryer in the condo. Close to the beach and pool. Although we spent much more time at the beach. Perfect weather and even had the blue angels practicing right over the beach. I also loved having the free trolley stop out front. It was the perfect condo! Will definitely be back!

BEST of stays!
5 of 5

My son, his family, and my 90 year old Mom, plus me, couldn't have been happier than
with our stay. Big rooms, clean, kitchen completely furnished. And a balcony with water view plus that sound of waves washing ashore. What more could we have asked for? Location was great too.

Stayed here on 2 occasions for a month plus during the winter, the last 2 years. Nice quiet beach front location. Great views and a super location. Gregg is about the best you could ask for in a manager/owner. He is right up front and easy to work with. He was genuinely interested in us having a wonderful and comfortable stay. Would have been back this year again, but we liked the area so much we purchased a place just down the road.We forgot to update our addresses with some retailers and had some packages sent to the house by mistake (twice). long after we left.. Gregg was VERY helpful getting our stuff to us, without delay.. Just a super guy.. Thanks Gregg.

Over the years we have rented several units at the Regency but
this unit was special.
5 of 5

My wife and I spent two great months in this unit. If you want to know what a five star feeling is like then this is the place for you. Being total beach bums and going to Pensacola for close to 40 years we have experienced every type of lodging on Pensacola beach. This unit is the only one that offered comfort, view, ease of access to the beach and great people. When we go back yearly it is like going back to family. Everyone knows I will be in the water all day looking for the best shells and my wife will be reading and sunning on the beach with her friends. Not only is the unit fully stocked it is always clean and bright. If a problem would turn up it was taken care of at once by the owners {who are great loving people} and or by the great Regency staff. I am disabled and the only problem would be if you needed full wheelchair access. It would be tight in the shower but possible if you could transfere to the seat in the shower. All the doors are wide enough. What makes this unit so nice is the full view of the gulf and the large patio. It only takes minutes to go from the room to the beach of the most beautiful sand and water we think in the world and or close to it. If you are not beach bums like us then the Pensacola area offers so much for a family to do that you could be busy every day. Great one day trips to Mobile and or visit the Blue Angles in Pensacola. You also get the privilage of seeing the angles fly by on most Sunday evenings right past your room. No better site in the world. They round the end of the island and turn on the afterburnes and smoke just for you. Have your camers ready. Also a day trip to Fort Pickens is a must for fist timmers. We go back to Fort Pickens to
remember our tenting days and the great fun we had. If you can get this unit you will be more than happy with your decision and you will continue to come back year after year.

This was our first time staying in Pensacola and we loved it. The house was perfect. The views from the third floor were amazing. Sitting at the kitchen table, you could see the surf, which was a great way to start the day. The balconies in the back are very spacious and the deck on the first floor is perfect for an evening gathering. There is a free trolley that runs every day to the boardwalk area and the trolley stop is literally one house down. The beach was very easy to access and the location of the house on the bay was perfect if you bring a boat. The house had all the amenities you could imagine, even bikes and beach toys. Gregg was great to work with. I can't wait to go back.

I thoroughly researched many properties while trying to plan my family's vacation this year because we wanted an amazing place to call home for a week. We chose this house because of the rave reviews and great pictures and it did not disappoint. As great as the reviews and pics are, the house and location are even better in person! We were a family of 7 adults and we slept pretty comfortably. The kitchen and living room spaces are where we spent a lot of our time and they were very large and comfortable spaces. The best parts of the house are definitely all the outdoor spaces. We took advantage of the third floor deck facing the cove in the back, as well as the front deck facing the gulf. We also thoroughly enjoyed the deck facing the cove on the ground level, where we grilled food and fished in the cove. We had a gorgeous beach across the street, literally a two minute walk and a fun restaurant/bar, Peg Leg Pete's, about the same distance away. If you are looking for fun and sun, you literally can't beat this location, the water is gorgeous! We had some storms on a few occasions and even those were enjoyable b/c the house had every comfort we could imagine, including premium TV channels like HBO and board games like UNO, which was a family favorite that week. Many thanks to Greg who arranged our whole stay and was great to communicate with. We cannot wait to come back!!

Another Wonderful Experience

This is our second year to stay at this property. My family is large and we like a lot of space to spread out and play. 11 of us stayed in this home 5 kids (3, 7, 8, 10, 14) and 6 adults ( no ages needed) The house has everything you will need with the exception of additional beach towels (did I mention there were 11 of us) We cooked at least 2 meals a day and had all the utensils we needed. We pulled the twin beds together and made them into a king size bed and we used both sleeper sofas. The view from the family room/kitchen is unbelievable! We loved watching the ocean as we ate our meals. We had easy access to each floor from 2 sets of stairs. This house leaves you wanting nothing...you will be totally pleased!  My family loves to fish. We shore fished each morning and then came home for breakfast and fished the Sabine down stairs. We caught a flounder, lots of croakers, crabs, lady fish, whity, and trout. Midmorning we would walk across to the beach and play there until late in the afternoon. After a shower, late lunch and maybe a short rest we would head into town to shop or for dinner.  Gulf Breeze is the perfect place to relax and have a wonderful family centered vacation. We made many wonderful memories. Thank you to Greg he is a great property manager and very helpful. He does a wonderful job.

Incredible Pensacola Beach Vacation

1054 Fort Pickens Rd, Pensacola Beach, FL, 32561, United States (179413)

Date of Stay

June 25, 2011

My family and I have been visiting Pensacola for over 20 years and have stayed at almost every beachside hotel at one time or another. In the Summer of 2011 we decided to look for a house so that we could travel with friends and have more room for the kids. We were fortunate enough to find this property and had the most incredible PB experience ever. Being situated on the canal leading to the sound was an unexpected delight. Our kids woke every morning to set crab traps, fish and swim in the canal while we sat on the balcony drinking coffee and admiring the incredible view across the bridge. They ended up making new friends with some of the neighborhood kids and played together almost every day.  My wife and I rented paddle boards and had a great time exploring the sound with the kids riding up front. The deck area was great for a BBQ and Peg Leg Pete's is just a short trip down the boardwalk. Access to the beach is a quick walk across the street and the house offers beautiful unobstructed views to the gulf.  We have found our go to spot in Pensacola and are headed back in July of this year and will be back every year thereafter. This is the best rental property in PB, hands down.

We will be making our fourth trip to Regency Towers this winter. This condo is absolutely our favorite. It is spotless and accommodates our every need. Many bonus features: dolphins jumping in the surf visible from the family room, easy to entertain guests with lovely dishes and glassware, most comfortable furniture and bedding. The building is always clean and well maintained by the friendly staff. We are counting the days until our return.

Just want to start off by saying this vacation was absolutely fantastic and that's because the villa was perfect in every way. The views are beautiful from the front or back. Just steps to the beach. We have been coming to Destin for years and this is the first time we actually got good sleep because the beds were so comfy. The place is very nice and we all felt like home. The owner Gregg Kirby is quick to respond with anything you need and was a pleasure to deal with.

This villa is just the perfect spot on the scenic hwy, Destin. The view from the upstairs balcony is just breath taking ! You can just sit in the patio and soak in the beauty of the emerald waters all day. The villa is right across from the public beach access so makes it easier when you have kids and have to carry a lot of stuff. The pictures here don't do enough justice to the view it offers. In addition to offering a breath taking view of the beach , the patio on the back side gives a wonderful view of the lake. As for the villa itself, it was very clean and well stocked with pot and pans.We cooked most of our meals and that made us feel at home. 4 adults and 2 kids could easily fit into the 2 bedrooms. The manager Gregg made the booking easy and also was very patient when I had trouble making the booking through PayPal. We would surely stay here again if we visit Destin ,and also would recommend to friends. Thanks for letting us stay at your wonderful place Gregg.

Another year and another great trip to Destin for Spring Break! This is the second year of our family staying in the Destiny Beach Villas, # 4A and once again it was top notch. The condo is in a great location and the views from the balcony are hard to beat. The condo is nicely decorated and provides all of the comforts we need for the week. The unit is always clean upon arrival and the kitchen provides all of the space and items we need for any cooking needs. The short walk to the beach is great in the case the kids forget anything and the pool area is a good break from the moments when you need a break from the beach. The master bedroom is comfortable and it is nice having the extra 1/2 bath in the condo. The kids room is a bit small but the kids always enjoy the bunk beds and honestly do not spend too much time in the room as they are enjoying the beach or pool. There was plenty of parking and the traffic was not too bad, making it easy to go to and from the beach. Overall, we highly recommend this condo to any families looking for a comfortable and nicely equipped condo in Destin! Thanks to the wonderful managers for making it so easy! We are hoping to be back for our third trip in Spring of 2016!
