 Rent the Gulf offers comprehensive management and marketing services for fully furnished short-term and long term properties. This includes everything from new property setup and properly staging a home for short term rentals, marketing the property globally, providing concierge services, coordinating repairs, and handling all paperwork and billing for our owners.

Gregg has over 40 years’ experience managing a large corporation in sales and marketing and has been a real estate broker since 1987. Gregg has extensive experience listing and selling single family and multi family properties. Gregg and Laura own Emerald Gulf Coast Properties which is a full service real estate brokerage.  Laura's experience in real estate marketing, relocation services and property management compliments the management team with her degree in advertising and experience as a real estate professional. Laura also works as an instructor for the University of West Florida.
